First Tee – Fort Worth Briscoe Task Force
Now more than ever, kids need a space to feel safe, to grow, and to feel important. At First Tee – Fort Worth, we strive to provide all of that and more. With the help of our amazing coaches, volunteers and advocates, our programs enable kids to build the strength of character that will empower them through a lifetime of new challenges through participation in classes, camps, events, leadership opportunities, mentorships and the cultivation of meaningful relationships. The Briscoe Task Force was formed to curate experiences and opportunities specifically for the kids within the Morningside Community around our Briscoe Program Location. Our Mission
The purpose of the Briscoe Task Force is to increase awareness, engagement, and support of First Tee – Fort Worth’s Briscoe Program Location, the Morningside Community, and surrounding areas. By fostering relationships with community leaders, potential donors, volunteers, and families, the Briscoe Task Force will seek to create an emotional investment from all stakeholders.
Meetings and Events
The Briscoe Task Force has regular meetings throughout the year to check in on progress towards greater community engagement, updates on facility improvements, and to plan fun, family oriented events for the youth and their families.
Building Game Changers
We’re working towards a better future and we’re starting right here in our own backyard. The Briscoe Task Force consists of community leaders dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of the youth and their families within the Morningside neighborhood and surrounding community. Through First Tee – Fort Worth, our task force members provide opportunities for learning, growth in leadership, and mentorship.
